Adam
TrainerAdam has been a passionate sportsperson all his life, playing football, cricket, tennis, basketball, squash, and golf competitively and socially. His career in Personal Training and Coaching began in 2004 in Oz where he studied with the AIF (Australian Institute of Fitness), as well as being a Certified Personal Trainer with the NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine).
“It’s extremely rewarding to see my clients develop their potential, overcome challenges, and build the discipline to succeed in the gym and their life.”
Adam is a strong believer that a joyous and positive attitude, combined with a fit and healthy body leads to a more fulfilled life. His philosophies and experience will encourage, motivate and inspire you to achieve your health and fitness goals.

Steve
TrainerSteve is a sports specific expert. He has played sport at a high level and has represented Great Britain. His passion for pushing his own personal performance led him to studying sports performance. Steve specializes in golf and athletics, if you want to lower your handicap or personal best time, Steve can get you there. Steve is also an expert in weight loss and knee injury rehabilitation.

Steve has helped clients get their bodies into tip top condition and find new levels of performance for over 15 years.
“Steve is clearly knowledgeable, having very much practised everything he preaches, and for me, that was a really important requirement in a personal trainer, particularly given that it is boxing training – there is no question that he knows what he is talking about, and he is a very good teacher. He makes you work hard, push yourself in ways you REALLY didn’t know you could (yes, Steve, I’m talking about the skipping, damn the skipping!), but despite the pain and the sound of the blood rushing to your head as you try to remember how to breathe and move at the same time, he manages to make sure that it is still fun. Brook
TrainerBrook’s career as a personal trainer started in Australia when he discovered that health, sports and fitness were his passion and that he ardently wished to pass it on to other people around him. Now after 7 years experience in this field in both Australia and the UK, Brook’s core idea is to help people achieve their long-term goals by making training fun and interesting.
His exercise programmes are personally designed and prove to be various and highly effective. Brook holds Australian Certificate for Personal Training, Rehabilitation Certificate and CPR. His areas of specialization include weight loss, core strength and functional training, general fitness and resistance training.
“I am 25, but have always struggled keeping my body in shape–I’ve tried multiple diets and a few different personal trainers, however, none worked long-term. I would lose weight and look better but at the price of feeling tried and fatigued. Before I met Brook I had almost come to terms with the idea of being fit as something unattainable to me. The first few months were difficult but enjoyable, and I really like Brook’s academic approach to exercise–he is always prepared and thinks ahead. As a result I have lost 14kg of body fat. My “chicken arms” are now muscular, my legs and core are way stronger, and I cannot believe how my own shoulders and back look now. I started off barely able to do one full pushup and now I can do 100 and more a day. Brook introduced me to a vegan diet which did not only help me lose weight, but also be happier and fight depression. Overall, I could not ask for a better trainer.” – Jonas

Amber
TrainerAmber’s interest in fitness didn’t peak until her late teens when she discovered how much moving made her feel better, not just physically but also mentally. While initially finding pleasure in yoga and distance running, she found her true passion in the weights room and competed in a UKBFF bikini competition in May 2015. Her aim is to show that lifting weights is not just for bodybuilders and powerlifters – it is for every man and woman looking to feel fitter, stronger and achieve the physique they desire.

Amber believes that with hard work, anything is possible. She loves to motivate her clients, taking them to the next level by performing that extra rep or running that little bit faster. You will be amazed at what your body is capable of.
Amber is also our in-house nutritionist. She specializes in fat-loss, increased energy, digestion issues and auto-immune disease.
As a forty something mother of two, I thought that being overweight was unavoidable. It just came with the territory. Before you judge me too harshly, you need to understand that I had tried everything, from Weight Watchers to far too many different diets (In fact, I can’t even remember all of their names!). Then I met Amber, and her approach was completely different. She designed a flexible nutrition plan that fitted my life. She also helped me curb my emotional eating by getting rid of all my bad eating habits and replacing them, one by one, with healthier ones. In short, she listened. One year down the line, and not only have I lost two stone, but I now do the occasional modelling shoot and have taken up long-distance running again, after a twenty-year gap. It was in me, and Amber made it happen. I highly recommend her holistic and no-nonsense approach, and regret not to have met her a few years ago! -Muriel Demarcus

Luke
TrainerLuke has been involved in sports from a young age. Coming from a football background, and a Sport Science BSc, he has spent over 9 years working in the fitness industry perfecting his craft and getting an understanding of how the body works and in turn being able to help clients achieve their goals. As a result, Luke sees exercising as more than just lifting, running and stretching, he believes that it is about having the right mental approach to your workout and health. When training with Luke, be willing to work on improving every aspect of your body, as you will never be able to push your body to the limit without the correct flexibility, mobility, joint stability, and fuel for your body.
Having worked with people from different backgrounds ranging from professional athletes including footballers and dancers; to race-car drivers, teachers, students, doctors and actors. This also includes CEO’s and Entrepreneurs from some of the world’s biggest companies. One thing all these people have in common is they are chasing their dreams and want to be in the best physical shape whilst doing it, allowing them to enjoy the journey even more..
