We currently run a great selection of classes on a Saturday:

• 2.30pm – Mobility, Posture and Balance Class – 30 mins – £5

• 3.00pm – Strength, Power and Endurance Class – 60 mins – £10

• 4.00pm – Stretching, Flexibility and Yoga Class – 30 mins – £5

• 4.30pm – Mindfulness, Meditation and Breathing Class – 30 mins – £5

Participate in all classes for only £10.

Does your body have more aches, pains or recurring injuries than you would like?

This is more likely to occur if you sit for long periods at a desk or if you keep repeating the same movements at work or in sport without some counterbalancing movement or alignment. The issues caused by this are exacerbated if you also have poor posture.

Perhaps you are putting your body under stress when it has asymmetries or you are unable to stabilise your joints? Maybe you have sore knees because of a lack of mobility in your ankles and poor alignment of your knees. Perhaps you have a sore lower back because the joints that should be mobile-ankles and hips- are stiff and instead of absorbing much of the ground force from walking or running, they are transferring it straight through to your lower back which also has restricted movement.

Move more freely and Feel Better

We will work all the joints in the body through a fuller range of motion to increase flexibility and mobility. We will do specific stretches and exercises to improve your posture and alignment. There will be unilateral, and asymmetric movements to improve your stability and achieve better skeletal and muscular balance. We will also do self-myofascial release, which is a fancy term for self massage to release muscle tightness or trigger points. For this we will use foam rollers, and lacrosse balls. These trigger points can limit your movement and restrict circulation to the affected areas.

This 30 minute class is only £5.00
