We currently run a great selection of classes on a Saturday:

• 2.30pm – Mobility, Posture and Balance Class – 30 mins – £5

• 3.00pm – Strength, Power and Endurance Class – 60 mins – £10

• 4.00pm – Stretching, Flexibility and Yoga Class – 30 mins – £5

• 4.30pm – Mindfulness, Meditation and Breathing Class – 30 mins – £5

Participate in all classes for only £10.

Are you feeling stressed or reactive?

Experience the wonderful and calming benefits of becoming more mindful and meditative, as well as optimising your breathing in this 30 minute class.

The same is true of peace. However you need to know where to look. And once you find it you need to be able to unlock it and let it permeate through your being.

Here you may find a key in the form of a technique, practice or insight that opens a door for you.

• Practice silencing your mind and feel the peace and bliss of meditation.

• Discover how to become present and aware and experience the joy and liberation of mindfulness.

• Learn how to breathe in a more efficient and effective way and feel greater vitality and calmness.

We live in a world where people are becoming more stressed out more often. People are not always getting sufficient amounts of quality sleep, exercise or nutrition. Most people are unable stop their mind from thinking, planning and trying to solve problems.

Some people spend excessive amounts of time feeling guilt or shame from the past events or have fear over what may happen in the future.

They find it a struggle to be present, aware, and experience joy and peace in this moment.

In this class you will learn and practice meditative techniques. Discover ways of applying mindfulness to everyday activities so it becomes a habit. Learn different ways and techniques of breathing to support you depending on your circumstances.

Still your mind and embrace the silence within and without- realising higher levels of peace and joy.

Become less reactive and less negatively affected by adverse situations. Move your attention away from negative events of the past or worries about the future.

Enjoy the power of becoming more aware and more free with more of your attention focused in the present moment.

Join this class and lower your cortisol levels, and engage less of your sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight response) and more of your parasympathetic nervous system, and leave feeling more relaxed and free.
