Adam has been a passionate sportsperson all his life, playing football, cricket, tennis, basketball, squash, and golf competitively and socially. His career in Personal Training and Coaching began in 2004 in Oz where he studied with the AIF (Australian Institute of Fitness), as well as being a Certified Personal Trainer with the NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine).
