Meet the team…

Sandra Calva

Sandra has always been very passionate about health and fitness. She studied through Premier Training International to gain her REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.

Sandra’s approach to training is fun, upbeat and at the same time challenging. She believes the most effective way to reach fitness and lifestyle goals is through hard work and discipline conducted in a fun and upbeat environment. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is one of Sandra’s favourite ways of training as she believes it is the most effective way to lose weight, tone up and get fit.

Sandra is a keen athlete and regularly takes part in races and challenges. She recently completed Men’s Health Survival of the fittest challenge in Battersea.

An additional benefit to her clients is her passion for nutrition, which ensures her clients reach their goals.
