Tara Senic

Tara has always lived an active life, with 15 years of dancing experience. As a former long distance runner, she became hooked on weight training a couple of years ago and recently began training for her first figure competition. Leaving behind a successful journalism career in Australia, Tara moved to London in March 2012 to pursue her passion of helping others achieve their physical dreams.

Tara’s training philosophy is based on empowering her clients with the knowledge to transform their bodies for life. She believes in hard work, and constantly challenges her clients to push their limits. Her specialties include fat loss, muscle gain, strength training and preparing for events such as marathons and competitions.

Combined with her background in online nutrition coaching, Tara will create a programme designed for you to achieve your goals, whatever they may be.

Tara holds a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification with the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs). She also has three years’ experience as a dance teacher.
